Guardiola to Attend Man City's Next Home Game as Club Appeal Guilty Verdict

Pep Guardiola will attend Manchester City's first home game since the club were found guilty of breaching Premier League financial rules. It is the Champions League match against PSG on 14 October.

An independent commission ruled on 29 September that City had breached the rules on 114 charges, including financial breaches between the 2009-10 and 2017-18 seasons. City deny wrongdoing and say they have lodged an appeal.

Guardiola left City in the summer after ten years in charge. After the verdict he wrote on X that he was behind "my club, my owner, my chairman", and that he is there for the fans "more than ever".
